On Sunday, “Afghan Film” held a gathering at the Tamim Ansari Exhibition at Kabul University.
The gathering began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by speeches from officials.
The meeting was organized to honor recently released Afghan and Iranian documentaries with awards and certificates.
In this context, the documentary Mullah Sangeen Fatih, produced by Jalal Foundation, was placed in the first category, receiving a cash prize and a certificate of appreciation.
After discussing the development and promotion of cultural works, Abdullah Akbari presented a poem about Gaza, followed by two children reading an essay.
The meeting concluded with a prayer in the late afternoon.
